WORD

John 1 : 1 " In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
Looking at CREATION yesterday we realised that there are two elements involved, Word and Light.
Today we will look at WORD. In the Greek translation word could mean two things either Logos or Rhema. LOGOS means a speech embodies a conception or an idea,  from the opened verse Logos is used for word.

Whiles in Matthew 4:4 " ... Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." Rhema is the Greek for Word in this verse which means any sound produced by the voice and having definite meaning. Rhema has a definite meaning while Logos is a conception or an idea. Logos is an embodiment of ideas and concepts, so most speakers say Logos is the written word of God. And I side with them on that, looking at the bible it is filled with ideas and concepts. The Logos can go through a transition, it can move from one form to the other (John 1:14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,..."). The Logos may not make meaning if consumed at the idea stage but if we allow it to be made flesh we can behold it glory.

So all you will need to create something that generations to come will benefit from is the Logos or an Idea. Don't forget the idea must go through a transition to become glorious.

Make this Confession :

* I receive an idea from the Lord that will affect my life, family, church, friends and the world.

* I receive the grace to allow the idea go through a transition.  In Jesus name.... Amen
