Luke 18:1 "And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;" I define Christian prayer as the believer's act of love. Mostly prayer is seen as a means to acquire something. So if there is nothing to acquire from the storehouse of heaven then we find it difficult to pray.
Prayer is the believer's response to the love of God. Always means at all times, meaning in the time of need and in the time of abundance. Always means it must not base on feelings because feelings will not always be there. You have to always pray and not to grow tired of it.
Make this Confession :
Dear LORD stir up in me the desire to always pray and grant me grace that I may not faint in prayer.
