THE DEMAND OF LOVE. Pt 1

1 CORINTHIANS 13:4 "Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up."(ASV)

Let try and define our terms. Demand is an economic principle that describes a consumer's desire and willingness to pay a price for a specific good or service. There is no Demand if all you have is a desire and not the willingness and vice versa.

What does it mean to Desire? A strong sense of wanting to have something.
What then is willingness? The quality or state of being prepared to do something. Love is God (1John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.) But for the sake of this presentation we will look at the four kinds of love. Agape (unconditional), Phileo (affection),
Storge (natural feeling for family members and friends) and Eros (Romantic)

Each one of these kind of Love has embedded in them a desire and a will.
We will discover these desires and willingness together to build a healthy love life.

Make this Confession :
Oh God reveal to me the demand of Your kind of love.
